The Sopheria Global Institute of Technology rests on two complementary and strictly separated entities: one trains, the other certifies. This separation guarantees the independence of the examinations and the credibility of the certifications awarded.

Parent organisation
The institute sets the mission, the strategy and the shared quality requirements. It maintains the Sopheria Qualification Framework and ensures the coherence of all artificial-intelligence competency frameworks.
SGCB
Independent certification board
The board develops the exam blueprints, administers the assessments, awards the certifications and audits their maintenance. Its certification decisions are made in full independence from any training activity.
SGA
Training arm
The academy designs and delivers preparatory programs, bootcamps and corporate training. It prepares candidates for SGCB examinations without ever taking part in their assessment or in the awarding of credentials.
Principle of separation. The Sopheria Global Academy trains; the Sopheria Global Certification Board certifies. Completing an SGA program is neither required to sit an examination nor a guarantee of success: the SGCB examination jury assesses all candidates against the same public frameworks.
Every certification is positioned on the SQF framework, from first fundamentals to strategic decision-making. Each level specifies the intended audience and the expected degree of professional autonomy.
Every SGCB™ certification rests on a public curriculum with weighted domains and a detailed exam blueprint. Official titles are awarded in English; examinations are offered in English and in French.
The first certification launched by the board, the CASD™ validates the professional mastery of designing and building artificial-intelligence solutions with Claude Code: framing a real need, building a working solution, and deploying it responsibly.

Certifications are valid for three years and maintained through a continuing-education program defined in the SGCB recertification policy.
The flagship program of the Sopheria Global Academy prepares developers, in four weeks, for the CASD™ examination Certified AI Solutions Developer · Claude Code.
The course follows the official certification curriculum and is built around each participant's own project: designing an AI solution with Claude Code, taking it through to a working deliverable, and being able to defend its design choices. It concludes with an assessed capstone project carried out under near-real-world conditions.

The value of a certification rests on the rigour of the body that awards it. The SGIT publishes its charters, policies and frameworks, and holds its practices to verifiable rules.
I.
The Sopheria Global Certification Board rules in full independence from the Sopheria Global Academy. No trainer takes part in the assessment of their own candidates; the training and certification roles are strictly separated.

Every certified professional subscribes to a public code of ethics: professional honesty, responsible use of AI, confidentiality and a duty to report. Breaching it may lead to suspension or withdrawal of the credential.

Awarded certifications are recorded in a register that employers can verify. Each credential carries a unique identifier used to check its authenticity, scope and period of validity.
IV.
Certification processes are designed in alignment with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024, the standard for bodies certifying persons. This alignment is a quality roadmap, not an accreditation that has been obtained.
Transparency. The SGIT claims no external accreditation (ISO/IEC 17024, ANAB or other) until it has been formally obtained. The charters of the board and of the academy, the examination policy, the recertification policy and the accreditation roadmap are published in full.
