La certification et la formation relèvent de deux entités juridiques distinctes. Cette séparation fonde l'impartialité du dispositif : l'organisme qui certifie n'est pas celui qui forme. Chacune répond de ses propres sites.

Les sites sont hébergés par Railway Corp. Les données des sites et de l'espace candidat sont hébergées sur l'infrastructure Railway. Les modalités de traitement des données personnelles sont décrites dans la politique de confidentialité.
3. Propriété intellectuelle et marques
L'ensemble des contenus des sites — textes, chartes, référentiels, sceaux, monogrammes, badges et éléments graphiques — est protégé par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle. L'usage des badges numériques est réservé aux personnes dont la certification est en statut actif au registre.
Claude et Claude Code sont des marques d'Anthropic, PBC. Le SGIT, le SGCB et la SGA sont des organismes indépendants, non affiliés à Anthropic et non endossés par elle. L'alignement sur la norme ISO/IEC 17024 est un objectif de la feuille de route qualité ; il ne constitue pas une accréditation.

Sopheria Global Academy is a trading name under which the training provider below operates. It is independent of the SGCB, holds a revocable licence to use the wording "preparation for the CASD™ certification", and takes no part in any certification decision.

Attending Sopheria Global Academy training is never a condition of access to SGCB examinations and confers no advantage in assessment.
2. Hosting
The websites are hosted by Railway Corp. Site and candidate-portal data are hosted on the Railway infrastructure. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy.
3. Intellectual property and trademarks
All site content — texts, charters, frameworks, seals, monograms, badges and graphic elements — is protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for expressly permitted uses (consultation, printing for personal use, quotations with attribution).
"Sopheria Global Institute of Technology", "Sopheria Global Certification Board", "Sopheria Global Academy", and the certification designations CASD™, AIFA™, AIPE™, AIDA™, AIPM™, AAISE™, AIME™, RAISE™, CASA™ and AILE™ are trademarks and distinctive signs of the publisher. Digital badges may only be used by persons whose certification is in active status on the register.
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. The SGIT, the SGCB and the SGA are independent organisations, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Alignment with ISO/IEC 17024 is an objective of the quality roadmap; it does not constitute an accreditation.
