Charter of the Sopheria Global Academy (SGA)

Sopheria Global Institute of Technology (SGIT) Scientia. Integritas. Futurum.

1. Purpose of the Charter

This Charter establishes the Sopheria Global Academy (SGA), the training arm of the Sopheria Global Institute of Technology (SGIT). It defines the Academy's educational mission, its offering, its quality requirements, the rules applicable to its instructor team, and its commitment of non-interference in the certification activities of the Sopheria Global Certification Board (SGCB).

2. Educational Mission

The mission of the SGA is to train artificial intelligence professionals at all levels of the Sopheria Qualification Framework (SQF), from level 100 (Foundation) to level 500 (Executive), by developing competencies that are directly applicable in professional settings.

To that end, the SGA:

1. designs and delivers rigorous, up-to-date training programs built on the SGCB's public competency frameworks and on the state of the art;
2. prepares learners who so wish for the SGCB certifications, without ever guaranteeing or influencing their award;
3. develops broad AI literacy — technical, product, governance and ethics — among individuals and organizations alike;
4. promotes a responsible and ethical practice of AI, consistent with the Institute's motto: Scientia. Integritas. Futurum.

3. Training Offering

3.1 Certification Preparation Programs

For each certification in the SGCB's official catalog, the SGA offers a preparatory program aligned with the corresponding public competency framework. The flagship program is the "Claude Developer Program", the preparatory training for the flagship certification CASD™ (Certified AI Solutions Developer · Claude Code, SQF 300 Professional). This program covers Claude, a technology published by Anthropic; the SGA and the SGCB are independent and not affiliated with Anthropic, and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.

The preparatory programs span all SQF levels, notably preparation for the certifications AIFA™ (100 Foundation), AIPE™, AIDA™ and AIPM™ (200 Associate), CASD™, AAISE™, AIME™ and RAISE™ (300 Professional), CASA™ (400 Expert) and AILE™ (500 Executive).

3.2 Bootcamps

The SGA organizes intensive bootcamps, on site or remotely, centered on practice: supervised projects, real-world case studies, continuous formative assessments. Bootcamps aim at the rapid acquisition of operational skills; they constitute neither an examination nor a certifying credential of the SGCB.

3.3 Enterprise Offering

The SGA offers organizations tailored programs: mapping of teams' AI competencies, upskilling plans aligned with the SQF, dedicated cohorts, and executive enablement (level 500 Executive). Enterprise services are subject to the same quality requirements and the same integrity rules as the individual offering.

3.4 Transparency of the Offering

For each training program, the SGA publishes: the learning objectives, the prerequisites, the duration, the delivery modes (on site, remote, hybrid), the formative assessment methods and, where applicable, the targeted SGCB certification. The SGA refrains from any promise of success in an SGCB examination and from any communication suggesting that a training program conditions or facilitates the granting of a certification.

4. Educational Quality

1. Instructional design. Each program is built on explicit learning objectives, a structured progression, hands-on work and formative assessments distinct from the certification examinations.
2. Currency of content. Content is reviewed at least every 18 months, consistent with the revision cycle of the SGCB's competency frameworks, and immediately following any major technological development.
3. Quality evaluation. The SGA systematically measures learner satisfaction, learning outcomes at the end of training and, with learners' consent, the application of competencies in professional settings. These indicators feed a continuous improvement plan reviewed annually by SGA management.
4. Educational committee. An internal educational committee validates the creation and redesign of programs, verifies consistency with the SQF and ensures compliance with this Charter.
5. Integrity of content. Course materials respect intellectual property, cite their sources, distinguish facts from opinions, and present third-party technologies accurately and neutrally.

5. Instructor Team

1. Recruitment. SGA instructors are selected against public criteria: demonstrated expertise in the subject taught, relevant professional experience, and teaching abilities assessed during recruitment.
2. Professional development. Each member of the instructor team follows a continuous development program (technical and pedagogical) and has their practice regularly evaluated, notably through session observation and learner feedback.
3. Professional conduct. The instructor team adheres to a code of conduct: accuracy of content, respect for learners, confidentiality of data, absence of discrimination, declaration of interests.
4. Incompatibilities. For any given certification, no member of the SGA instructor team may: sit on the SGCB or its committees; design, review or score examinations; access item banks or scoring rubrics; or proctor an examination session in which one of their own learners is taking part.

6. Commitment of Non-Interference in SGCB Examinations

The SGA acknowledges and applies SGIT's founding principle: the SGA trains, the SGCB certifies. Accordingly, the SGA formally undertakes to:

1. neither solicit, obtain nor hold any confidential SGCB examination content (items, examination papers, scoring rubrics, unpublished passing standards, session data);
2. exert no influence, direct or indirect, on examination design, scoring, passing standards, decisions to grant, suspend or revoke certifications, or the handling of appeals;
3. base its preparatory training exclusively on the public competency frameworks and the candidate guides published by the SGCB;
4. never present completion of an SGA training program as a condition of access to SGCB examinations or as a guarantee of success;
5. report without delay to the SGCB Ethics and Discipline Committee any leak of examination content, any attempted fraud or any improper solicitation of which it becomes aware;
6. prohibit any "exam dump" practice: the practice exercises offered by the SGA are original exercises, never reproductions of live items;
7. maintain the separation of persons, information, budgets and reporting lines provided for by the SGCB charter (document SGCB-GOV-001, Article 3).

Any breach of these commitments by an SGA staff member constitutes serious misconduct, handled by SGA management and reported to the SGCB Ethics and Discipline Committee.

7. Communications and Brand Integrity

1. The SGA communicates under its own identity and never speaks on behalf of the SGCB.
2. The SGA refrains from claiming, for itself or for the SGCB, any external accreditation that has not been obtained (notably ISO/IEC 17024); only the formulations approved by SGIT are permitted, such as "designed in alignment with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17024 standard" or "accreditation roadmap".
3. References to third-party technologies respect the trademarks of their owners; in particular, Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, and no SGA communication may suggest any affiliation with, partnership with or endorsement by Anthropic.

8. Revision of the Charter

This Charter is reviewed at least every 18 months by SGA management, in coordination with SGIT's governing body and after consultation of the SGCB regarding the provisions relating to the separation between training and certification. Any amendment is approved by SGIT's governing body.
